Whale Watching tour, Newport harbor, January 5th, 2025

We took our friends Ali, Kathy and her son Joshua for a whale-watching tour out of Newport Harbor, aboard the Newport Legacy. Well, unfortunately the whales and dolphins weren't exactly feeling social, but we had a nice afternoon on the water anyway.
Davy's Locker Whale Watching Tours also gave us "Try Again" discount ticket coupons (no expiration) for $7 tickets, so it ended well. If nothing else, it was a fun day at sea. It was also Joshua's first time, and he really enjoyed getting his 'sea legs.'
As a consolation prize, I made a quick composite pic of Joshua having an encounter with "Bruce" the shark from "JAWS." He loved it.
