IMATS 2019: International Makeup Artists Trade Show

Pasadena California.
Highlights of this year’s show included live makeup demos, as well as displays from “Aquaman,” “Hellboy," "Black Panther," “Vice," “Westworld," and various other movies and TV shows.

There were the usual live makeup demonstrations, as well as the Battle of the Brushes Makeup Challenge.

There was also a live onstage makeup demonstration by Mike Merino (“I Am Legend” “Joker”), as well as panels for the movie “Vice” featuring legendary Oscar winning makeup artist Greg Cannom, and a 15 year reunion panel for the movie “Hellboy” reuniting the makeup team with stars Ron Perlman and Doug Jones.

This is our 5th IMATS show, and it’s never tiresome.
