These boots are made for walking

Everyone has a comfy pair of old boots they can't bear the thought of throwing out.. surely?

Even when I buy new ones they're not the same.

Well Flickr, meet my 'forever' boots. They've got even shabbier since this photo was taken and probably need a bit of sewing around the tops(!) but they're still the comfiest pair of boots I've ever owned, and just the right heel height for absolutely everything.

I can see myself sewing more patches on these soon!
