Snow: Should it stay or should it go?

CP 134 passes the Mount Pleasant signals with SD70ACU 7000 leading the way. Wednesday was an odd day with the snow starting around 10am and falling consistently until 5 or 6pm, when temperatures increased and it turned into rain. Luckily more snow later that week has stuck around for at least a little while longer.
