Condensed Energy Rifle MK3
This is the final model of the Condensed Energy Rifle. When it finished development, it flooded the Eurasian Republic Military. Progressive Arms perfected the CER so that it has a self-replenishing generator. The only issue with this early generator is that it has a slight tendency to overheat, however, that only occurs on unending fire for minutes at a time. They continue to work on the Condensed Energy Generator so that it can be used in more practical shapes and sizes. (see the other guns I've made). Additionally, this is the first time the 3-piece scope is used on a mass production scale.
