Woooohoooo!
I had 4 good years with my Canon 40D, 5x,xxx some odd shutter clicks, a broken USB port and a broken shutter button. I can no longer check the shutter count due to the broken USB port, and I can no longer shoot without a battery grip due to the dysfunctional shutter button. Although, I can't say the camera has treated me bad in any way, even after all that stuff, it still produces amazing quality images (like the one you see here ^_^)
After a very long anticipated wait, I have finally decided to pick up a new camera. I purchased a Canon 5D Mark 2 and it came in the mail today. I found this camera on Craigslist Orange County for a good deal with 500 shutter clicks on it, so it was essentially a brand new camera. It had the original box, equipment, receipt and even an extra OEM canon battery! Now you're probably wondering, "Doesn't Watson live in Norcal?" "Why would he look for a camera in the OC" Well, this is where my awesome girlfriend comes in. Heather met up with the seller, bought me the camera and shipped it to my house with 2 day shipping. :D How awesome is that?
