This folding radio TS-522 was produced by the Italian company Brionvega and immediately became a classic of modern industrial design since it was first presented in 1964. It is timeless and is still produced today in a modified form. Mine is around 30 years old and was the first to have a kind of scale with LEDs. It receives FM and medium wave and can be operated with AA batteries or a built-in mains adapter. It weighs 2,400 grams and is therefore quite heavy for a portable radio. The sound is excellent and it works like the first day!
