Awesome posing Mistle Thrush.
I feel very very privileged to have had this lovely Mistle Thrush for company and for a lot longer than they usually sit too.
I spent a good fifteen minutes wandering around this old rotten tree for various angles and light where this Thrush was sat posing for me.
It hardly moved as i got withing ten feet of it which is really strange considering they are really skittish birds at the best of times.
Captured on a nice walk with my camera this afternoon whilst i was out and about looking at an Urban fox den location.
Taken with my Nikon D5500 DSLR and with Sigma 150-600C Contemporary lens including 1.4x Converter.
