محل اجرا در منطقهی خوش آبوهوای روستای سلهبن، سوادکوه (استان مازندران) قرار دارد.
در طراحی این ویلا، تمرکز اصلی بر تلفیق معماری مدرن با محیط طبیعی اطراف بوده تا حس آرامش و لوکس بودن همزمان ایجاد شود.

کارفرما: جناب آقای حاجی علی
طراحی و اجرا: گروه تخصصی مدرن ویلا
مساحت زمین: ۲۷۷ متر مربع
زیربنا: ۴۳۶ متر مربع
سال طراحی و اجرا: ۱۴۰۳
این ویلا در سبک مدرن طراحی شده و در فاز نخست، تمرکز بر ساخت سازه و آمادهسازی فونداسیون بوده است.
در مراحل بعدی، اجرای نمای مدرن مطابق با طراحی نهایی انجام خواهد شد.

The architectural design focuses on combining modern aesthetics with the surrounding natural landscape to create a sense of harmony and luxury.

Built Area: 436 m²
Year of Construction: 2024
In this phase, the focus was on the construction process and structural execution.
The modern façade, as shown in the cover design, will be implemented in the next phase.
