Every Christmas, my Mother started giving me a Hess Truck as a child. This tradition went on through my High school, College and Graduate school years and even when I was married and had children, until she passed away. When, as a child, you got this wrapped Christmas present from her, you knew exactly what was inside. Back then, that present wasn’t very exciting, since you were looking for those items that you asked Santa for. But guess what? I found four (4) of these Hess Trucks in my basement, all still in their original boxes. The one I’m showing you here is from 2010. While I was researching Hess Trucks, I discovered that 2024 was the 60th anniversary of these!
