Sunbird silhouette

Kirtstenbosch gardens have loads of Sunbirds collecting nectar in the indigenous flowers all around the gardens...mornings and evenings are the best time to photograph them as they are at their busiest. Here I caught one on the reeds taking a rest between sips, I cropped the shot, took out all the busy details in the background, converted to BW and made sure there was enough contrast for the silhouettes..
