Bridge on the cut

The Chesterfield Canal, close to Clarborough, Nottinghamshire, UK. The canal opened in 1777 and runs from Chesterfield, Derbyshire to the River Trent in West Stockwith, Nottinghamshire.

 

This part of the canal is shallow with clear water and inclined banks and appears very river-like until you come across obvious canal infrastructure like this old bridge.
