Steglitzer Kreisel, Berlin
Der "Steglitzer Kreisel", von 1980-2007 Büroturm des Bezirksamtes, wurde wegen Asbestfunden geräumt und wird derzeit auf 30 Etagen zu 330 Eigentumswohnungen umgebaut. Aktuell zeigt sich der an der Stadtautobahn liegende, entkernte Turm, für den mit dem Slogan "jetzt wie in Manhattan wohnen" immer noch durchlässig.
The "Steglitzer Kreisel", from 1980-2007 office tower of the district office, was evacuated because of asbestos finds and is currently being rebuilt on 30 floors to 330 condominiums. At the moment, the cored out tower, which is located on the city highway and was advertised with the slogan "now living like in Manhattan", looks still very permeable.
