When we first saw the patient she had composite placed in the embrasure space to close the gaps between the teeth done about 5years back by her previous dentist.The Composite was irritating the papilla and she developed pockets around the teeth with severe gum inflammation.
To start off with we presented her the treatment plan of zirconia metal-free crowns for the front 4 teeth. She was skeptical but agreed to get only the upper arch, scaling was done and laser was used to contour the gums and upper front 4 teeth Zirconia crowns were cemented.
The present treatment closed the spacing between the teeth which not only looks natural it also made her gum healthy with beautiful contours, patient was very satisfied with the results and she is getting her lower teeth makeover soon. will be posting those pictures very soon.!!!!
