Oh how the spineless have fallen.
We approached them giving the opportunity to make things right they proceeded to be aggressive, lie, and gaslight us like we stole THEIR mesh smh. The funny part is this will change nothing. This admits guilt and gives us even more proof for the DMCA. Thanks ;3

It has been brought to our attention by multiple people, designers and customers, that the shoe on Gothcore sold by CULT looks too similar to our mesh. Upon investigation, they are in fact using copybotted mesh that has matching verts (I know my mesh). This is an open letter to the CULT brand, you must remove this item immediately. If you do not want a DMCA filed against you, you must disclose where you got the mesh from. If you do not do this today, we will move forward regardless with you as the sole source of infringement.
We have contacted the brand in-world but felt it important to share with other creators so they can take a closer look at the brands meshes.
If they are doing this to us they are probably doing this to other brands. From what I've heard it's not the first time the brand is being accused of this behavior.
