Talons of a Juvie Cooper's Hawk! For this shot, I focused on the Coop's talons when he was pearched on our bird bath. Their entire feet are specially adapted for catching and killing prey, featuring a powerful grip and a structure that allows them to firmly grasp and hold their prey.
