Fish Boxes

I liked the colors in this scene. The red and yellow boxes are what the fishermen load their daily catch from their boats into to wheel up to the market. The fish mongers place the waste scraps such as bones and shells back in the boxes and drop them in the surf. Seagulls and other scavengers have a feast on the remains. And I get to feast on the better parts. That said I do, when needed make a nice fish stock from the bones and shells for the fish and shrimp.
