TRCS in 2023

// Story //

Back in 2021 TRCS had a massive flood that wiped out the entire property. Horses went missing, got injured, or even died. There was no saving it, there was nothing left. Since then Charity had been moving from spot to spot with the horses she was able to wrangle up just..looking for the right spot to rebuild TRCS once again.

She went through several locations with having little to no luck and it was at this point she came up with the decision to just build it all back up from scratch, and that's exactly what she did.

She'd remembered that a friend of hers had an open spot of property next to his ranch he wasn't doing anything with and offered to buy it from him. Ziel, her friend, accepted and she immediately got to work. This project was to be done before winter, after all, and it was a very tight dead line, but with the help of Emilia, Ziel, and some other's she had hired, TRCS was built. It is smaller than before, but it is certainly a start.

Sure enough, one by one, the horses were moved back in and they seem pleased with their new home. Actually, this was the first time a lot of them, including Chingis, had seen snow, and man were they so confused, but they seemed to love playing in it!

It'd been some time now since we had built this place up, but between caring for the horses here, fixing and building some things, rearranging, and heading over to Red Cedar Ranch here and there, and finally having Chinua, her child, Charity has been kept good and busy. However it seems things have chilled out for the time being until Spring arrives and the snow melts.

It's been a rocky road, but with Emilia, Ziel, and Charity's team of stablehands, she was able to keep her dream alive and give these horses a good home. For now, TRCS will remain closed to the public excluding scheduled visits while things settle and the horses get comfortable. Who knows what the future holds, but Charity's here for the long haul.
