Jay - Garrulus glandarius - at home in Betws yn Rhos tonight
Taken through our rear Patio Door using a Canon 1200D and a Tamron 28-300mm F3.5-6.3 lens - so apologies for lack of clarity. I've been trying to photograph this very timid bird for days now.
Our Wire Mesh Bird Feeder has been ravaged by squirrels, crows, magpies, jackdaws etc so the Jay and similarly our Great Spotted Woodpeckers have worked out how to extract the peanuts and other food with ease. It's about to succeed again! So did I too!
