Dementia

Chronic pains are pains that longer for more than 12 weeks even though after medication or treatment. After an injury or operation most people get back to normal, but sometimes pain carries on or without any previous history of injury or operation. Nervous system is made of the brain and the nerves inside the spine. The spinal nerves carry messages from the body to the brain including signals that tell the brain there's pain somewhere. For any chronic pain coping technique, it is important to learn how to use focus and deep breathing to relax the body. The practice is necessary for learning to relax, especially when you are in pain, breathing helps to release muscle tension throughout the body and starts to remove attention from the pain.
