The Rosette Nebula - Seestar Framing Mode (Mosaic) over 5 nights.

The Rosette Nebula is a huge star-forming region spanning 100 lightyears across and located 5,000 lightyears away from Earth.

 

It is located in the Monoceros constellation in the Summer months in the southern hemisphere..

 

This images was taken using the Seestar's new framing mode from my front driveway in suburban Melbourne.

I set the Seestar up in the same location over 5 clear nights and captured 45mins each night. The resulting masaic's from the Seestar were stacked and processed in PixInsight.

Exposure Details:

2250 x 10 second exposures stiched in the Seestar using inbuilt framing mode over 5 nights.
