JFK medical Center merged with Hackensack Meridian Health in 2016 which caused the creation of the blue patch. The rest of the patches in the top row were used after 2008 when Muhlenberg/ Solaris Health transferred its assets back to JFK. The two patches in the bottom left row were used between 1997 and 2008 when Solaris Health purchased JFK Medical Center initially. The rest of the patches in bottom row were used prior to 1997.
