Today I will share an interesting trick/ technique. Not with the camera or software. But Its about safety/ wasp behaviour/ or how to work safely with wasps.

Many of you might know this but if you don't you will find this helpful.

There are no shortage of beautiful wasp photos on the internet. But it is quite dangerous to work with wasps without any protective gear. There is a good chance that you will get stung. And the often fly away before you even approach.

So I learned this trick from the locals. They use red chili🌶️ to deal with wasps. They are very fond of red chili🌶️. They draw out wasp a few at a time from their hives and kill them.

{Now the chili has to be red. Green won't work.}

Now you can use this technique not to kill but to get some decent shot.

Use a big stick and attach a red chili on top. Now slowly take the chili🌶️ in front of the hive or individual wasp. Wait till the sit on the chili. When they sit on it slowly draw it out to a safe and open place. Put the stick carefully on any small tree branch. It will give good background. Or you can also create your suitable setup. Hopefully the wasp won't fly away. And will remain calm and won't get aggressive. And you will get some times to take your desirable shot. If it flies away. Try again. But be careful.

Tried this trick and I think I got good results.
