VIII - Breakfast ~ Whisper City
This was a different morning compared to usual. Instead of sitting by the bus stop, she decided to take a seat near the bookstore in a little cozy coffee spot. Donuts, oh how much joy those sweets brought her, the anticipation of salty and sweetness. Fresh bread that gave a crunch on the first bite then fluffy goodness on the inside. Glazed was always the best flavor.
The drink of choice was hot chocolate as opposed to coffee for this morning. She was trying to win a battle agaisnt caffeine. Besides, she had the aroma of freshly brewed coffee around the area so she could just enjoy it by scent instead of taste for a change.
Her phone vibrated on the table. Brown eyes stared at the phone, piercing her gaze through it as if willing her mind to anticipate or guess who messaged. However, she decided she didn't feel like checking, the morning sun was the best company and she needed to reach for another donut anyways.
"Best breakfast ever!"
