Locomotive Services' 47614 leads classmate D1944 'Craftsman' and their rake of paying guests towards Abergele & Pensarn on 1Z83 the 'Llandudno Victorian Statesman' from Ely to Llandudno.
This is a shot that I almost consigned to the recycling bin as it was afflicted by a lot of haze rolling in off the sea. I tweaked it here and there whenever I'd finished editing and uploading other, more recent, shots and yesterday decided this was as good as it was going to get, to stop tinkering and just upload it.
