In the Taubergießen, Germany

My botanic identification app flora-incognita.app identifies this orchid as Ophrys fuciflora. However, I think it might be Orphys holoserica (Hummelragwurz), or a hybrid between O. holoserica and O. apifera (Bienenragwurz). Could anybody help?
