International Women’s Day 2025

The Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP), in collaboration with the United Nations Gender Team and other partners, commemorated International Women’s Day 2025 with an empowerment walk on March 7. The event, themed “For All Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment,” saw participants walk from Kwame Nkrumah Water Park Fountain, Circle to the MoGCSP office in Accra, followed by a brief ceremony.
