Rocky is a wonderful singer, musician, songwriter, who does his own arrangements and sings to the tracks he makes himself. He's the best blues singer I know and sings to knock your socks off. He'll sing his heart out for you too. I've known him a few years now, and he's one of the best good-hearted guys I've ever had the good fortune to meet. He sings with his well loved band and they are known as Rocky and the Toocool's.
