Saint Davids is a city in Pembrokeshire lying on the River Alum. It is the smallest city in the United Kingdom with a population of around 1,841.
City status was given in 12th century, this was then withdrawn in 1886, and then restored in 1994 at the request of Queen Elizabeth II. Saint Davids is most famous for its medieval Cathedral.
