Launching of the Social and Behaviour Change Communication Caravan on Food Fortification and Bio-fortification
Tuesday 15 October 2019, West Field Youth Monument, Banjul, The Gambia. The healthy diet caravan was launched today in a public space in Westfield. The caravan that will be traveling across the country during the following days targeting major markets, aims at raising awareness on healthy and nutritious diets amongst the population. It will be used to promote ongoing project activities in enhancing food securityand nutrition notablyfood and bio-fortificationThe newly developped nutrition education materials on food and bio-fortification will be launched during this event.
