Endangered Acacia

I am sharing this in honour of National Wattle Day (in Australia).

 

This wattle species is the endangered Acacia gordonii... I was very privileged to stumble across it in Blue Mountains National Park, NSW Australia

 

It is a huge attractant for pollinating insects - it had different species of fly and some native bees all over it. A veritable gourmet restaurant!
