Saeco Sin 006
The Saeco Sin 006 is an espresso machine made by Saeco, an Italian company known for its coffee machines.
This machine was a collaboration with Starbucks in the early 2000.
My plans are:
-Upgrade the machine internally by installing a PID for better thermo stability.
- Install new plumbing.
- Upgraded shower screen for the group head.
- Portafilter.
It’s wired to think how as a kid I would do the exact same with toys, it’s now coffee machines.
Also, I came to the conclusion that you don’t need a super expensive machine to pull great shots.
It’s all In the BEAN’s, grind size, and technique.
