There’s Ash, Oak, Cherry, and Maple here, some for burning, some for the mill. Harvesting in this country is often small-scale, independent work, and folks I know who do it enjoy being outside, manage their woodlots with care, and they appreciate and know well this wood in its varied forms and for its varied uses.
