Constants

As they see everything changing around them and their circumstances changing, people fading (they come and they go), responsibilities changing, time passing them by, they are faced with more challenges and become fearful that there is nothing constant in their lives.

 

But there is.

 

To have a person who is a constant (a person who is going to be there regardless of what is going on around them both) is the most wonderful feeling and source of hope.

 

And that's what they were. Constants.
