Clements Suburban Addition

I believe when this plat was put together then named the streets after the owners of the adjoining property. The Seymour family owned about 15 acres on the northeast corner of Burton and Eastern, I think Seymour Square was named after that family. Seymour St. later became Blaine for an unkown reason. I think Chesbro became Alto. I am not sure about the others, I think Evarts is Elliot and Workman is Griggs.
