Crowd on an Iceberg
As we headed south at 17 knots in the Ross Sea, Antarctica, a very large group of Adelie penguins were bunched together on the remnant of an iceberg floating in the opposite direction.
These penguins appear to be close to the end of the molting stage, i.e., when they get a new feathers replace the old ones.
