After an almost 120 km.(around 75 miles) pilgrimage to Santiago from Sarria in Galicia, Spain, we reached Plaza Obradorio. This is the kilometer 0 point of the road. A shot of tourists and pilgrims (peregrinos those sitting in the square) in front of the XVI century Santiago Parador located in a corner. The building now a magnificent hotel, was for hundreds of years the Royal Hospital of Santiago. The Catholic Kings who began the hospital project aimed at alleviating the recovery of pilgrims from their grueling pilgrimage.
