Looks almost crappy enough io be the festering source of the Pandemic bag of corruption.

Happened to see this totally macabre, gross and neglected old fountain, full of sludge and slime. UGH !! The water making a mist of yellow water was running over it’s face. It looked so bizarre and pitiful, I almost felt sorry for it. I thought it was worth a shot.
