A Clock A Chair & A Cup

Seen outside a restaurant in Los Angeles, California. It’s obviously a reference to Lewis F. Carroll’s "Alice in Wonderland" and the 'Mad Hatter's Tea Party’. It’s an interesting little piece of art.
