Brush Fire on the Hill

Large stands of dried mustard stems needed just a spark to explode. On this hillside and with a stiff breeze it could have been a disaster. Thanks to the Los Angeles County Fire Department for their quick reaction, brave action on the ground and brilliant chopper pilots.
