Sand ripples and gull tracks

This is a photo of ripple patterns and seagull tracks in the sand at Clam Harbour Beach. The object in the sand is framed according to the rule of thirds. It is a sand collar created by a moon shell snail, containing thousands of egg capsules held in the gelatinous matrix of sand grains.
