Daffodil Sunset

I love the textures of the clouds and the dry clay soil. The daffodils were lit from within which produced a rich golden tone. Shooting directly into the sun can be challenging. I waited for the sun to be partially hidden behind the cloud. I used a neutral density filter to control the amount of light reaching the sensor, allowing me to adjust to the brightness. It has been a dry spring and it shows on the foliage tips.
