Description: Page two of three pages of signatures, presumably to petition the national Sierra Club to authorize a Southern California Chapter. No date, so could be either from 1909 attempt or from 1911. I favor 1909 due to signatures of Willoughby Rodman and Hill Hastings, both of whom were commited to a 1909 organizing meeting. Also, omitted from the list is the signature of Phil Bernays, who was the primary person responsible for the successful founding in 1911.
