The recent most workshop for the teachers of Satellite School for Children was conducted by ExtraMarks on emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Ms. Nakkashi Jain, the representative from ExtraMarks led the session in an interactive manner questionnaires and activities like quiz, short skits etc. Teachers received many tips on making their classes more comfortable for the pre-schoolers and also how to handle parent queries. The takeaway from this worskshop was to foster active listening, being self-aware and inculcate empathy for a positive and anxiety-free classroom. Teachers received a smiley ball for their active participation.
