It always amazes me how much of life we miss seeing when we don't really take in our surroundings. It seems that we humans view the world in an area somewhere above our knees and just above our heads. It's as if we have visual blinders on. There's a whole world of beauty above and below us. I'm guilty of that myopic vision as well. I can't believe I have walked past an array of succulent strawberries growing alongside our road.
