Hidden Treasures

This Flanders poppy had popped up in a large section of small gravel in our neighborhood. After passing it for several days and noticing it was about ready to droop, I invited it home for a photo session. I am now so enamored of this specimen that I'm heading out to purchase envelopes of poppy seeds.
