Still Waiting (Ever So Patiently)
This wooden sculpture was found in Siglufjordur, Iceland, a beautiful fishing town in Iceland. To reach it you travel through long tunnels wide enough for one car to pass. Small turnouts within the tunnel allow cars coming towards each other to safely let each other pass. Two road tunnels were dug between Siglufj̦r̡ur to the neighbouring town of lafsfj̦r̡ur to connect with the region of Eyjafj̦r̡ur in the east. These tunnels are called H̡̩insfj̦r̡ur Tunnel and their total length is 11 km (6.8 mi).
