My Father, My Hero
Fathers juggle through numerous roles in a child’s life. They are a friend, a playmate, a guide and a shoulder to lean on. Bodakdev School recognises the efforts every father puts in molding their child’s life. To celebrate the special bond, every child has a special daddy’s day out was organised today morning in the campus for the Playgroup Section. Exclusive invites were sent out in advance to ensure that fathers could take out time from their busy schedules. Daddies of BSFC put all their meetings and phone-calls on hold and arrived at the school with their tiny tots for the special day. Fathers took part enthusiastically in all the special activities that were lined up for them. Some dressed like their children, while others carried snacks made by them for their tiny darlings. The campus resonated with cheers, laughter and squeals of delight as the fathers took part in games with their small angels. After the game sessions, it was time for palm printing which was enjoyed by everyone. In the end, fathers prepared a special bhel and served their little ones and ensured that they are properly fed. The day ended with hugs with the little ones and a token of appreciation by all the fathers for the efforts put in by the teachers and the school management to make the day memorable for them.
