Sound Healing workshop for Educators.
Healing with sacred sounds with the help of Tibetan Singing bowls is an ancient practice. A workshop, especially for the educators of Bodakdev School, was held recently held at the campus. Sound healing expert Maestro Satya Brat conducted the workshop. He is the founder and president of the Academy of Sound healing and has been organising several shows in India as well as abroad. He started the session by giving tips to the teachers for meditation and shared the manifold benefits of Sound therapy to adults as well as children. The forty-five-minute healing sessions calmed the minds of our educators as they felt mentally relaxed after the session.
