A Visit to Fine Taste Food Factory [ Class XI]
A total of 149 students of class XI ( Commerce and humanities) were taken for a factory visit to Fine Taste Food Pvt. Ltd., Bavla. Students and teachers received a warm welcome at the factory from the staff, who also gave a brief introduction about the company and its products. Then , the students were divided into groups of 5 and each group was assisted by a resource person. At the factory, students had a great time seeing and understanding the actual manufacturing process (how the potatoes were converted into wafers) till the packaging and labeling stage. They got detailed information about the raw material, where they are procured from, how do the machines function, storage facilities, research laboratory, technical equipment and many more. Students got the chance to ask questions regarding the company turnover, daily production capacity etc. Students and teachers received complimentary food packets to taste. Mr. Harshil Patel, Managing Director of the company, who was recently awarded the young entrepreneur in the market, met the school team and invited to visit again.
